I Choose Me

I choose me!  And in doing so, I also choose you.

I choose that I get to decide…and so do you!

I choose that I will not control…nor be controlled.

I choose that I will not be a victim….nor make you one.

I choose that I will embrace what is possible…and sometimes impossible.

I choose that I get to ask for what I want … and so do you.

I choose that I can say no!….and so can you.

I choose that my actions are a result of my choices and that my choices are my own right and responsibility…I choose not to blame you for them.

I choose to stand up for what I believe to be right without finding fault with you, personally…I hope that you will choose the same

I choose my right to chase every seemingly crazy and impossible dream that tugs at my heart and in doing so…I choose that you can too!

I choose to accept you, in whatever form…because that’s what I want for me.
